Track your wealth is built around a simple principle: your financial data is yours. This policy explains what we store, why, and the choices you have.
What we store
When you create an account we store your email address and an encrypted authentication credential so you can sign in. When you add holdings, we store the portfolio data you enter — asset names, quantities, purchase details and owner labels — scoped to your account.
How your data is used
Your portfolio data is used solely to render your dashboard, value your holdings against market data, and compute the analytics you see. It is scoped to your user account and is not shared with other users.
- We do not sell your personal or financial data.
- We do not use your holdings to build advertising profiles.
- Market prices are fetched from third-party market-data providers; only the symbols needed to value your holdings are requested.
Market data providers
To value your assets we request live and historical prices for metals, indices and currencies from third-party data sources. These requests contain the instrument symbols required for pricing — never your identity or the size of your holdings.
Data retention and deletion
Your portfolio persists until you change or delete it. You can clear your portfolio at any time from the app's Backup & data tools, and you may request full account deletion via the contact form. Deleting your account removes your stored portfolio and profile.
Security
Authentication credentials are hashed, sessions are managed securely, and every data query is scoped to the signed-in user. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow current best practices to protect your data in transit and at rest.
Your choices
- Export or back up your data at any time from within the app.
- Clear individual holdings or your entire portfolio on demand.
- Request account deletion through the contact form.
